We design, engineer, and machine our tooling in house, which is cost effective and gives us the flexibility to make any necessary changes to your product. We offer both traditional and CNC tooling, from low cost short run tools to high production water cooled aluminum tooling.
Process
- Our 5-axis CNC machine cuts a wooden pattern from the specification provided in a CAD file. From this point, the wooden tool is finished by hand.
- Most tools are then casted in aluminum to maximize durability and repeatability in the production process.
- Our tools can be temperature controlled to produce consistent parts as fast as possible.
